Separate the services you need
Renting a portable toilet is not the same as servicing an RV’s built-in waste system. Explain whether you need an independent cabin, washing or a different service so the request is routed correctly.
Describe the property arrangement
Give the intended position, vehicle approach and the people who will use the facilities. Discuss permission for placement with the property or site operator where applicable.
Consider the complete stay
Share expected duration, use and cleaning needs. Keep the unit accessible while vehicles, awnings or outdoor furniture are on site, and agree how collection will work when the stay ends.
Your Rockwall enquiry checklist
- Is a separate toilet needed?
- Who controls the property?
- Can the service route stay open?
For a Rockwall enquiry, distinguish the rental property from a billing or organiser’s address. Add a named entrance and a placement description when a property has more than one approach.
